The Durango is the last three-row SUV built on a true body-on-frame-adjacent platform with a HEMI V8 under the hood, which matters if you tow a camper out to Summersville Lake or haul a full house of kids and gear on I-64. It rides more like a big sedan than a truck-based SUV, and the V8 growl is part of the point.
The Charger has been reinvented as a twin-turbo six, the Hurricane, in place of the old V8 and V6 lineup. Our current stock runs Scat Pack and R/T builds, both rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive depending on trim, in two-door coupe and four-door sedan body styles. If you're coming from the old Hemi Charger, drive one before you decide anything. It is a genuinely different car.
